Our prices range from $1,500-$6,000 based on a myriad of variables and date of availability. We offer half and full day rentals every day of the week. Half-day timeframes are 9am-2pm, and 3pm-10pm. The full-day rental timeframe is 11am-10pm. All timeframes are flexible based on need and availability. For pricing on a specific date, date availability, and to reserve a date, please email .

* Additional hourly rental beyond allotted rental time may be available starting at $150 per hour.

* Holidays are subject to Saturday evening rates.

Rental fees include:
  • The exclusive use of the building for five hours for an evening event, and four hours for a daytime event. You are given access to the building two hours prior to your rental time for the set-up of evening events, and one hour prior for daytime events. You are also allowed one hour after your event for clean-up.
  • Venue staff on-site 
  • 150 parking spaces and access inside the security gate.
  • Customized set-up of our tables and chairs. Our staff will set up and break down tables and chairs to your specifications. We have available for use:
    • Twenty 66" round tables
    • Five 8' banquet tables
    • Five 6' banquet tables
    • One 4' banquet table
    • Six 36" round cabaret tables
    • One 48" round table
    • 150 upholstered chairs
    • 100 white resin chairs
    • 5 patio tables with 20(+) chairs (seasonally available; weather dependent) plus umbrellas
    • 15 Linens
  • Tables may be set up within Memorial House or on the south lawn. Upholstered chairs may not be set up outside.

Wedding Ceremonies

The wedding ceremony rate, when also booking a reception, is $400-$600 add on fee depending on the location.

Memorial House and Memory Grove Park offers many beautiful settings for wedding ceremonies, both indoors and out. The main hall of Memorial House is available year-round. During the warmer months, you may also choose to have your ceremony outside in the park. Popular outdoor locations include the south lawn, in front of the Meditation Chapel, and by the white monument and rose garden. If you initially choose to have an outdoor ceremony, the main hall is available in the event of bad weather.

Ceremonies Only

If you are not renting Memorial House for your reception but would like to hold your wedding ceremony at Memorial House or in Memory Grove Park, we can often accommodate wedding ceremonies for a $1500 fee for a two-hour window. Please note that wedding ceremonies that do not include a reception at Memorial House are subject to additional booking restrictions. Please ask your Memorial House representative for more information.

The wedding ceremony rate includes:

  • Your choice of location within Memory Grove Park and Memorial House
  • The use of up to 100 white resin chairs for outdoor use or 150 gold upholstery chairs for indoors
  • Staff on site to handle chair set-up and furniture transitions
  • Use of the bride's room to get ready and store personal items

Additional Rentals

Memorial House has preferred vendors that can assist with linens, additional decor items, audio visual equipment, outdoor lighting and furniture extras. We are also happy to make recommendations for services such as DJs, bands, cakes and other vendors to meet all of your event needs. Please ask your Memorial House representative for vendor recommendations.
