Summer Rates: May 1 - October 31

* Additional hourly rental beyond allotted rental time may be available for $100 per hour.
* Holidays are subject to Saturday evening rates.

Rental fees include:

  • The exclusive use of the building for five hours for an evening event, and four hours for a daytime event. You are given access to the building two hours prior to your rental time for the set-up of evening events, and one hour prior for daytime events. You are also allowed one hour after your event for clean-up.
  • A host on site for your entire event to help ensure that your event will run smoothly and be stress-free.
  • A staff person at the entrance gate to allow your guests into Memory Grove Park for your event.
  • Customized set-up of our tables and chairs. Our staff will set up and break down tables and chairs to your specifications. We have available for use:
    • Twenty 66" round tables
    • Five 8' banquet tables
    • Five 6' banquet tables
    • One 4' banquet table
    • Six 36" round cabaret tables
    • One 48" round table
    • 150 upholstered chairs
    • 5 patio tables with 20(+) chairs (seasonally available; weather dependent)
  • Tables may be set up within Memorial House or on the south lawn. Upholstered chairs may not be set up outside.
  • Linens, in your choice of color and size, for up to fourteen tables. Additional linens can be rented if needed.

Wedding Ceremonies

The wedding ceremony rate, when also booking a reception, is $300.

Memorial House and Memory Grove Park offers many beautiful settings for wedding ceremonies, both indoors and out. The main hall of Memorial House is available year-round. During the warmer months, you may also choose to have your ceremony outside in the park. Popular outdoor locations include the south lawn, in front of the Meditation Chapel, and by the white monument and rose garden. If you initially choose to have an outdoor ceremony, the main hall is available in the event of bad weather.

Ceremonies Only

If you are not renting Memorial House for your reception but would like to hold your wedding ceremony at Memorial House or in Memory Grove Park, we can often accommodate wedding ceremonies for a $500 fee for a two-hour window. Please note that wedding ceremonies that do not include a reception at Memorial House are subject to additional booking restrictions. Please ask your Memorial House representative for more information.

The wedding ceremony rate includes:

  • Your choice of location within Memory Grove Park and Memorial House
  • The use of up to 100 white resin chairs for outdoor use or 150 gold upholstery chairs for indoors
  • Staff on site to handle chair set-up and furniture transitions
  • Use of the bride's room to get ready and store personal items
  • A one-hour rehearsal time with staff available to answer questions. Rehearsal dates and times can only be confirmed two weeks prior to the rehearsal. Rehearsals are scheduled around existing events at Memorial House, and will generally need to be scheduled on weekdays between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Every effort will be made to meet your requested date and time.

Additional Rentals

Memorial House offers additional decor items as well as audio visual equipment and flower packages for an additional fee, although rental of these items through Memorial House is not required. We are also happy to make recommendations for additional services such as DJs, bands, cakes and other vendors to meet all of your event needs.
